Preston Group Chairman attains the Chair of Preston Mark No143

WBro Steven Bolton was well and truly installed in the chair of Adoniram last evening. The Installing Master was W.Bro. Frank Cook, who only found out one week ago, that the current W.M. unfortunately could not attend.

I think everyone attending, would agree that W. Bro Frank performed an excellent ceremony of installing Bro. Steven. Congratulations must also go to the following Brethren as follows W. Bro. W.Bro. Philip Harry Gunning very ably  represented the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master, with a further 9 other Grand Lodge Officers, also the current Provincial Senior and Junior Wardens present, a fitting tribute to the popularity of Bro. Steven Bolton, who has recently been appointed as the Preston Group Chairman for the Craft.

Among the 10 Grand Lodge Officers present 7 of them have been Provincial Wardens. This must have been quite a rare coincidence. As you will see they readily posed for a photograph. Bro. Steve was also pleased to welcome 3 of his fellow Masters. Bro. Andrew Bibby  New Temple Mark Lodge No1438. Bro. Eric Hart Leyland Mark Lodge No 1002 and Bro. Peter Maddison of Centauro Mark Lodge No 1837 Murcia Spain.
